A Massachusetts native, Lauren Wundt is the Executive Administrative Assistant to Master Trainer D’mario Sowah.  Lauren recently graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Fitness Management from Fitchburg State University.   Her interest of exercise began at a young age where she was involved in numerous sports molding her into a determined, passionate athlete.  Lauren’s founding concentration of soccer erupted as a teen where her hard work and persistent training earned her a position as a four year collegiate athlete at FSU. 

Lauren will be assisting D’mario with her knowledge of exercise science and fitness to help manage and benefit the facility.  She feels very grateful becoming a member of the team here in West Hartford where she will gain experience from some of the finest trainers around.  Lauren hopes to see this company continue to thrive and grow with individuals passionate about their health.  She is excited to help promote fitness and well-being to all!
